Accessory orders are delivered to your door or mailbox according to the carrier’s standard service. No in-home assembly or installation is required for these products.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship orders within the United States. Most products are available for delivery to the 48 contiguous states. Some products may not be available for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

If you are outside the contiguous U.S., please contact us prior to ordering so we can confirm options.

Order tracking & status updates

Damages, Returns & Changes

Damaged or missing items
  • For visible damage, please note it on the delivery receipt (if applicable) and take photos of the packaging and product.
  • For concealed damage discovered after delivery, notify us within 5 business days with photos so we can assist.
  • If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
