We have a handling time of 1β3 business days. If you order on Monday before 2:00 PM CST, it will typically ship between Tuesday and Thursday.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we only offer Standard Ground shipping to keep our rates consistent and reliable.
My tracking hasn't updated
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update their system. If there is no movement after 3 business days, please contact us.
Issues & Returns
Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and the product and contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Lost packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please check around your property and with neighbors. If it is still missing after 24 hours, contact us immediately to open a trace with the carrier.
