You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.
We verify and pack your order. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are typically processed starting that same day. Orders placed after cutoff or on weekends are processed the next business day.
Your order leaves our facility. You will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.
Your package arrives at your doorstep. Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate to avoid delays.
For all orders under $500.00, we apply a simple flat shipping and handling fee.
We offer complimentary shipping on larger orders to reward our customers.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for larger items that require carrier freight or ground services.
We have a handling time of 1–3 business days. If you order on Monday before 2:00 PM CST, it will typically ship between Tuesday and Thursday.
At this time, we only offer Standard Ground shipping to keep our rates consistent and reliable.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update their system. If there is no movement after 3 business days, please contact us.
If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and the product and contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please check around your property and with neighbors. If it is still missing after 24 hours, contact us immediately to open a trace with the carrier.
