Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy explains how equipment sold by Oriana Luxe Fitness is covered, what is included and excluded, and how to start a warranty claim. Individual products may have brand-specific terms; when there is a difference, the product-specific warranty always applies.

New Equipment Coverage

Many new equipment lines include multi-year coverage on frames, parts, and electronics, plus labor for a defined period. Exact terms vary by brand and model and are shown on the product page and/or invoice.

Certified Remanufactured Coverage

Certified remanufactured equipment typically includes a limited parts & labor warranty designed to protect you against defects in materials and workmanship after the refurbishment process.

Simple Claim Process

If you experience an issue covered by warranty, our team will help coordinate diagnosis, replacement parts, and, where applicable, on-site service with authorized technicians.

New Equipment Warranty

  • Frame & structural components: Many products include multi-year frame coverage (for example, up to 10 years on select models). Check your product page and invoice for the exact term.
  • Drive systems & major mechanical parts: Often covered for several years from the original purchase date, subject to normal, intended use.
  • Electronics & consoles: Typically covered for a shorter period than frames and major parts. Terms vary by brand and model.
  • Labor: New equipment may include a defined labor period (for example, 1 year from delivery) for eligible in-home or on-site service calls.

Always refer to the warranty information shown on your product detail page and invoice for the precise coverage attached to your purchase.

Certified Remanufactured Warranty

  • Refurbished components: Certified remanufactured units are inspected, tested, and have key wear items addressed according to our refurbishment standards.
  • Limited parts & labor: These products generally include a limited warranty (for example, 1 year parts & labor) covering defects in materials and workmanship after remanufacture.
  • Usage environment: Coverage assumes normal usage within the recommended environment (home, light commercial, or commercial, as indicated on the product).
  • Extended coverage: In some cases, extended warranty or service plans may be available. If offered, details will be provided during the quoting or checkout process.

For budget-conscious projects, certified remanufactured pieces can offer a strong balance between cost and protection.

What’s Typically Covered

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.
  • Failure of covered parts (frame, major mechanical components, motors, electronics) within the stated warranty period.
  • Replacement parts required to correct a covered defect.
  • Reasonable labor costs for covered repairs during the applicable labor warranty period when performed by authorized technicians.

Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser and original installation location, unless otherwise stated in the brand-specific warranty.

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.
  • Improper assembly, incorrect electrical connection, or use with incompatible accessories.
  • Cosmetic issues such as scratches, scuffs, paint chips, rust, and upholstery wear from normal use.
  • Damage from moves, transportation after original delivery, fire, flood, or other external events.
  • Use of residential-rated equipment in commercial or heavy-duty environments.

Consumables and normal wear items (pads, belts, cables, grips, finishes, etc.) are generally not covered except where explicitly stated.

How to Start a Warranty Claim

  1. Gather your details. Locate your order number, product model, serial number, and clear photos or video showing the issue.
  2. Contact Oriana Luxe Fitness. Email info@orianaluxefitness.com or call +1 (908) 395-0621 with a description of the problem and when it started.
  3. Initial assessment. Our team may ask additional questions or request further documentation to better understand the issue.
  4. Resolution plan. Once coverage is confirmed, we coordinate replacement parts, shipping, and, where applicable, an authorized technician visit to perform repairs.

In some cases, you may be referred to a manufacturer’s support line for brand-direct processing, but we will always help you understand the next steps.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Perform regular cleaning and maintenance as recommended in the owner’s manual (for example, belt lubrication, dust removal, or bolt checks).
  • Use the equipment within the recommended environment and capacity limits.
  • Keep proof of purchase and warranty documentation in a safe place for future reference.
  • Notify us promptly when you notice a potential issue; continued use of obviously damaged or malfunctioning equipment may void coverage.

If you have questions about maintenance expectations for a specific piece, please ask our team during purchase or via the Contact Us page.
